Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I’ve been here a couple of times now and have always been treated well with fair pricing. This visit was for mounting and balancing tires I already had. I was in and out quickly and saved about $80 compared to other shops I called nearby. The first time I came in was just for a tire rotation. They quoted me a fair price, but when the job was done they told me it was on the house and said to come back when I needed something else. That’s honestly why I came back.

Chuck took care of me and he did a great job. I came in to get a tire replaced ended up getting four new tires at a price I couldn’t turn down. I was driving down North west highway and I saw the shop and something told me to check it out and I’m so glad I did. It was one of the best choices I could’ve made not only did I get new tires but the best service I ve ever experienced Chuck and all the men and women that work with him were outstanding. I would and do recommend Chuck and his crew to anyone that needs service. Thank you all for giving me such great experience

Pep Boys, maybe fix your customer service before fixing cars? Called ahead — they said “come right in.” Got there, and the big guy with the red beard spent 10 minutes taking my info while chatting with a coworker. No hello, no effort. I walked out when I was told it’d be an hour.

I was there few days ago with a tire issue.. Even in last minute they got me in. Tim and his employee helped me really quickly. It was getting dark and I had a long way to drive back. Their fast approach in fixing my tires helped me get back home safely. I highly recommend this place. Thankyou ti Tim and his team

Haylie - service writer, the first face that you see when you walk into this shop. She is rude and unprofessional. She is so unhappy with her life that she wants to ruin your day with her behavior. Appointments - don’t expect that you will be served by the time of your appointment. That will be later, much later. So prepare to spend half of your day there for simple tire replacing. There are so many better shops. I just randomly picked this one and ordered tires to this location. If you’ve done the same as me, just pick it up and leave.
