Melinda and Benny were amazing , needed a tire size that isnt common. Called over 6 spots and noone had them in stock same day , but they did ! Not to mention the ridiculously fast service in and out within 20 minutes! Will 100% be back for anything tire related and eyed a few rims that caught my eye.🔥

Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. They completely understood the urgency of me needing my tire fixed and took care of it right away. The customer service was amazing, and the service itself was incredibly fast I was in and out before I knew it. Overall, such a kind and friendly team. I initially chose Pérez Tire Center because their website clearly advertises comprehensive four-wheel alignment services, including adjustments to toe, caster, and camber, with an estimated service time of 60 minutes. Their pricing was fair, and the agreed-upon work was completed — except for the alignment, which was not properly performed. When I picked up my vehicle, it was still visibly misaligned. The Vehicle Alignment Report they provided (dated 10/13/2025 for my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander 4WD) clearly shows that critical alignment angles — particularly caster — remained far outside manufacturer specifications both before and after the service. For example, the left caster angle stayed at 5.6° even though the maximum allowed is 3.3°, proving no meaningful adjustment was made. To make

I won’t be going anywhere else from here on out. The customer service, pricing, and hospitality were all on point. The shop itself is comfortable and beautiful… just be prepared to want to spend more once you walk in and start checking out their gallery. I’m definitely getting rims from them this coming spring. I’ve have my truck almost 8 years and had issues with the stock rims when I replacement the tires about 4 years ago. Perez Tire came highly recommended and they were amazing. I knew what I wanted and they put the tires and rims I wanted in a matter of day. Alignment and wheel and wheel sensors. Truck rides completely different 300x better. Highly recommend A++
