This place can't make a change oil at the same day, they requires two weeks for an appointment, looks like a joke but it's not!

Please do not go to this Ford dealership for any service. You’ll probably get one of the worst experience ever. I’m not sure if it’s a Ford thing I’m new to Ford. But this dealership service department is one of the worst. I had a 10 appointment Just for a simple oil change on my 23 bronco. I did not leave there till after 3pm. Another time I went to have my mudflaps installed and the technician that installed it didn’t tighten down any of the screws so eventually over period time they all backed out. Problem with that those came with tort screws, which I couldn’t find to replaced without buying the whole set of gator back mudflaps all over again. To add insult to injury. Don't use your cars to do any kind of service there. FORD NEVER MORE. I bought the Ford Escape SE. Less than 1 year ago the car had transmission problems. As I have an extended car warranty, I made the appointment for February 6, 2024. Guess what? The car remains parked in the yard and so far there is no position as to when they will move it. Approximately 1 month without doing anything to my car. Including my car because it's my way of working, I lost my job and I can't pay my bills. I was treated very poorly by the service manager. The Ford is located in East Hanover - NJ (Performance Ford). Terrible EXPERIENCE!!!! Never more!!! I Love the performance group. But I am sorry a basic oil change should not take 2 hours to do. It like 30 min job...

Had my Mach E worked on for the Camera replacement, took them a little while, but had a loaner provided and they did the work right.
