More great service from this small business in January 2021. The staff knows cars and engines and what they need. Free local car wash comes with payment. # Excellent and prompt service. Knowledgeable and courteous mechanic who took the time to point out things he didn't have to and many others wouldn't have bothered.

On two occasions I was turned away asking if I had an appointment. They didn't ask if I'd mind waiting. Not the way to do customer service. The garages were all open and they turned away another person before me. The appointment was already late from the time he said

Undisclosed additional price for extra oil. It's expected to pay more when more than 5 quarts are needed, but I wasn't told how much more oil was needed or what the price would be before the service was performed. It ended up being almost $40 over the advertised price. Aside from that, my Oil Life wasn't reset and still read 48%. I reset it, which isn't a big deal really, just seemed a little unprofessional. On a positive note, the technicians were quick with the service and overall very friendly. Will probably go there again, now that I know what price is should be expected and not bother looking at the sign.

Went here once and I will never go again and I will continue to tell everyone I know about my experience here! I went in with working AC (it was mid summer ) as soon as I left my Car began smoking and my Air conditioner no longer worked after getting an oil change here because of something they messed up when doing the routine check up for an oil change. The most pathetic part is When I called them to Explain the situation they offered to fix it IF I payed them.

Really efficient and nice. Get the job done with no problems. Go out the way to make sure the work is done properly by paying attn to details in the car.
