The owners were honest and upfront about what I needed to have done. They prioritized the repairs according to necessity and price. They also gave me a loner car so that I could leave my car at the shop and still commute to work in Cary. That was definitely a selling point on all future repairs. Thanks Brian and Patrick!

I have worked with Pete’s Garage for years. I really appreciate how communicative and upfront they are about the timeline for servicing your car, and what your car will need. They send an assessment with everything they find, including pictures, then hop on a call to discuss what needs to happen, then send over an itemized digital list that allows you to accept or refuse the work that needs to be done. I always feel super informed throughout, and Bryan always answers my questions thoroughly and honestly. It is the best experience I have ever had working with a mechanic. I had Pete’s recommended to me by a local friend, and I recommend them to anyone who asks.

Top notch. Brian got me in and out. Was able to pick the services I wanted to tackle that day knowing that there is more to be done. Didn’t push to take care of all of it. I have a 2017 GMC Yukon which needs some mileage care. They even helped in determining order to help me do what was most important and relevant.

Pete’s garage is the best around! Seriously a professional operation with honest pricing and helpful customer service. I always feel like my car is getting the attention it needs and at the same time getting the attention I need to make good choices on servicing needs. Give them a try. You’ll see.

I can’t recommend Pete’s Garage enough! They are welcoming and accommodating, always offering to help with transportation if needed. Whenever I need to have work done, it’s clearly communicated and classified into categories letting me know which issues need immediate attention and which ones can wait until my next visit. Everyone at Pete’s Garage is professional, friendly, honest, and extremely efficient. I never have to wait long for my car and they have made time for me last minute on multiple occasions.
