Phil Long Ford of Raton Service

Went for regular maintenance of an oil change, thought I had made an online appointment but somehow I didn't get it saved in the right system (not unusual for me, haha). Jesse, however, managed to get my car worked in with their amazing service crew without it even taking any longer than a normal amount of time. I absolutely appreciate all of them so much, from their service technicians to their customer service (Trevor did the sign out part), they are all such amazing folks!

Continued from previous post.. I even confirmed it with the finance company that they do not require anyone to get the extended warranties to receive financing. The extended warranties added over $4000 onto the amount we got financed for. I had spoke to an attorney about my situation with Phil Long and was advised to contact the dealership and see if I could work something out before taking any legal action. I set up a meeting with Joe for July 5th @ 10 am. I messaged him that day letting him know we were going to be a few minutes late. He said he was out running errands and he would like me to speak with Rich. So we go and ask for Rich which he was busy with another customer. I own a Ford. I drive it about 50,000 miles a year. It breaks often. I'm getting used to sleeping on the shoulder of the interstate in what I was told was a reliable truck when I bought it. To be fair, it's not Phil Long's fault I bought a Ford from a dealer other than Phil Long. My truck frequents various Ford dealer service departments. Every 4-6 months when it breaks down in whatever town I'm passing through, it cost me between $500 and $5000 to get it back on the road. The service department at Phil Long Ford got me in, got it fixed, and got me back on the road as fast as I could have hoped for, and for only 650 bucks this time! Yay Ford!

I would like to express gratitude to the don't desk lady here. I was on a road trip and my car had been acting up, I was there before they opened just waiting outside because my body ached from sitting in the car. Before they even open the kind women opened the door and so sweetly invited me in. I unfortunately could not afford the service fee without a guarantee it would be fixed but she was still sweet as can be and offered me coffee and a few places to call that might be able to help me get the problem diagnosed. Without her I would not have known that the car parts place across the street has been known to take a quick look and offer advice. Because of that recommendation I was able to fix my car. I cannot stress enough about the outstanding service of this establishment. My car had been having some transmission issues, recently. I decided it couldn't hurt to have it at least looked at. Well, it wasn't the outcome anyone wanted, but the super friendly knowledgeable staff did outstanding handling the situation. Would recommend all day long
