Triple O Auto

Pete was amazing! We were on our way to Colorado , in our short Skoolie conversion towing a 22 foot travel trailer, when our bus started making a horrible noise from the rear end. Then when we were on our way to Triple O , the rear wheel bearing let loose, and our tires almost fell clean off. Pete ran right up to help us, saved us a tow bill by pulling the bus down the hill with his Blazer. He was able to fix our wheel bearing and get us back on the road in about 24 hours. He had to file the spindle, and it was a tough job, but he got it done! Charged us a fair price, was great to work with. Answered all our questions, we left Raton grateful to meet Pete!!!

Broke down in raton Saturday night phoned him and he said he would have a look at my car Sunday morning. Never phoned me back then when I phoned he pushed it back to Sunday night because of the rain after it had stopped I phoned him again and he pushed it back to Monday morning. I sat in raton for 2 days just to find out it was a water pump but he didn’t even come look at it once I limped it to his shop Sunday. Wouldn’t recommend.

I called this guy around 830 am. The ball joint came off my dad's car, so I needed help urgently. He said he was able to help, but he was not available for 3 hours. In the meantime, some random guy offered to help my dad out, so they removed the wheel and tried to fix the issue. They weren't able to do anything, so we still had to wait for triple 0. Three hours or so passed by, and many unanswered phone calls later, he finally answered. He explained that he stopped by earlier to check out the car but saw that someone was working on it. "The random guy who offered to help my dad." He said that he was not going to work on something that someone had already worked on before and that he was busy doing other things. The worst part about this is that it's Saturday and all the shops are closed. T

Completely unprofessional, makes you go all the way to shop just to tell you he cant do the tire because he has other easier customers to do. Left me with words in my mouth as he walked away to look busy. Passed by again 3 minutes later and he was sitting down staring at his phone.

Pete was absolutely 💯 AMAZING👏 had a freak accident at Capulin Volcano and hit a unavoidable rock that rolled off the mountain and cracked my transmission housing and he was able to fix me up so my family and I get back to Texas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
