Found my BMW motorcycle online at Pickles Gap Cycle Shack in Conway, AR, and had a great experience. I was buying from California and was a bit nervous about purchasing a bike sight unseen, but Peyton made the whole process easy and stress-free. The pricing was very competitive compared to what I was seeing locally, and there were no hidden dealer doc fees or surprise add-ons - everything was transparent. Communication was quick, clear, and professional the entire time. Really happy to support a small business like this. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Absolutely great guys. Very professional staff with amazing bikes at the right price. They always post pictures and the actual price. Put me on a bike I never thought I could afford. They also have a good shop with affordable mechanics.

Bought a 2016 Road Glide in Feb 2025 for them, priced at &10900.00. Put $8000.00 down financed the remain $2900.00. Made just over $1400.00 worth the payments on that $2900.00. Left a balance roughly $1500. Was 6 days late on a payment, because I had just had amputation surgery, came and repoed my bike. He sent 1 text message telling me that I would need the remaining balance paid in full plus and additional $500 repo fee to pick my bike up. Would not return my phone calls or text messages about any equity that was in the bike after the repo that should have came back to me. So basically I got completely screwed by these guys I paid $9500 on the asking price of $10900 and got to keep it for 5 months. On top of that they charger me for the sales tax that was added into the deal that I never

I keep bragging about this place since I bought my GL1500 there. Pricing was fantastic and they really mean it when they say that they have a no pressure sales team. Will absolutely be back in the future!!
