Platinum Car Wash & Oil

This car wash always does a great job. They pre-wash the windshield, wheels and back window with the pressure washer every time to be sure to get the tough spots clean. I’m a monthly member and have access to the towels and vacuums which makes it nice to clean the inside of my vehicle too. Everyone is so pleasant and it is convenient on my way to work or when I’m running errands. I highly recommend!

Waited over an hour for an oil change with an appointment. I walked outside to find my car wasn’t even pulled in yet. I asked for my keys to leave and they just handed them to me. No apologies for the wait. Nothing. I will not be back

I signed up for the car wash and my very first time going, the car wash broke down while I was inside. I sat wondering what was happening for 10-15 minutes and no one said a single word to me. Finally it starts working again and still, no one said anything to me on my way out. I tried calling the same day over and over and no one answered, as well as the next day. I then go there in person to cancel my membership and no one apologized or seemed to care. Absolutely dont recommend, its absurdly expensive anyway.

Kyle was quick to assist me. He explained all of my options and all the pricing clearly. My oil change was quick and affordable. Very professional business and employees. I will definitely continue to use Platinum for my oil changes.
