Point S Tire

Was referred to them from the guy at the Shell gas station down the street and he was right. They got me in immediately found what caused a leak in my tire and did not charge me which was a huge relief as I was driving in poor winter weather conditions. Really happy with my experience and wanted to leave a great review Thank you!

I Needed a tire changed from traveling across the country . Gave them a call. Came right out to me and removed tire from camper, change tire to one I had, then reinstalled! Checked all other tires air pressure . Great to see a company and Austin be very conscientious with what they do !!!! 5 stars!!!

The crew here at Point S Tire in Burns are very capable, efficient and friendly. Last night at our campsite in Frenchglen we noticed we had a flat. I was familiar with the Point S name and the service they provide so we chose to head there for a flat repair and to replace our spare with a tire we’d feel confident in while pulling our trailer (in the event this ever happens again). With the original tire fixed and a good solution for replacing our spare (even our dog got the attention he craves) we feel completely comfortable picking up the trailer and continuing our trip. Highly recommend!

I called this place first thing in the morning and asked if they could put a spare tire on my semi trucks trailer. They replaced the damaged tire with my spare tire for $20 and in less than 15 minutes. Truckers: plenty of room to maneuver in their parking lot and they do have roadside assistance although I don't think it's 24 hours. This place gets five stars for integrity and efficiency.

I had to stop into Burns on my way down to Arizona. We had a very long way to go and did not have time to wait especially during the busy changeover season. Michael got us in the bay right away and let us sit in the vehicle while they worked on it!! It took about 30 minutes and they didn’t even charge me! Thank you Michael!! Picture of the culprit below
