I am constantly thinking with AI and technology how people are more detached and not as friendly. Brad restored my faith in humanity. My sprinter decided to give up on life and I cannot stress this enough brad went above and beyond. From helping me find the parts to recommending not sketchy hotels, talking to the local mechanics to hauling my giant van 2 hours away. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time and cannot recommend enough.

I never actually got to meet Brad, but after what he did for my husband, I feel like I know exactly the kind of person he is. My husband was driving home from a cross country roadtrip and ended up with a punctured tire out in eastern Oregon. It was the kind of situation that makes you feel completely defeated. Spotty service, dark roads, middle of nowhere. And then Brad answered the call....at 10pm. He didn’t just show up, he went all in. He was calling around to see if anyone nearby had the exact tire we needed, and even reached out to a local friend to help patch it so my husband wouldn’t be stranded overnight. He met him out there, towed him back into town, and stayed with him the entire time while the tire was repaired which wasn't until after midnight. That level of care is rare. You

Brad is absolutely amazing!!! If I could give more stars I would. He went above and beyond to help my sister and I. We had a Penske truck rental with a car tow attached and the back dual tires completely shredded at 62 mph. The truck and trailer lost control and I was lucky enough to get it controlled enough to pull off the two lane highway. It was a very traumatic experience for my sister and I. Brad came very prepared with all the equipment needed to get us two new tires. His calm demeanor definitely helped the anxiety we were having. He also checked all other tires and the under carriage to make sure no other damage. He was incredibly professional and to us...a saving grace. We can't thank him enough for helping us get through that.

We broke down 20 miles east of Juntura. Stuck on the narrow side of the road and no cell service, in minutes an angel named Brad appeared coming down the road. We waved him down, he turned around and hooked us up. Towed us all the way to Meridian and we had a nice visit all the way. He was professional, above and beyond helpful and even worked with us to get the bill paid with warranty and insurances. Can't enough good about him.

Our rental van blew a tire about 30 miles outside of burns. Brad drove out to us and took us all the way to Boise. He was super friendly and nice. Highly recommended.
