Brad truly came to the rescue when my husband was stranded and feeling completely defeated. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without him. He went so far above and beyond, calling around to other companies to find the exact tire we needed, asking a friend for a favor to help patch it at midnight, and texting me updates the whole time since my husband didn’t have great service. He was calm, proactive, and genuinely cared about getting my husband home safely. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does. I hope no one ever ends up stranded in the middle of nowhere but if you do, you absolutely want Brad on your side. We’re so incredibly grateful. Thank you, Brad!

The staff is so kind. They went out of their way to help me find someone for a project I needed done on my car. They were honest, genuine, and even drove to my location to see if they could help me. 10/10 recommend them!

I got stuck without gas on a Sunday evening after a long day of driving. As many other reviews state, Brad was not only incredibly helpful, but thoughtful. Shout out to Nate for the delivery and guiding me to an open station. I hope to not need their services again, but wouldn't hesitate to call if I did! Easy 5⭐.

Absolutely incredible guys. We broke down 30 miles outside of Burns with our truck and camper late one Saturday afternoon. They were able to get us towed into town and to our campground safely. Took amazing care of us and would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much!

Brad was very professional, quick, and came very prepared. We were driving from Lovelock to Tacoma and realized 30 minutes after we left Burns that one of the trailer tires was bald and loosing tread fast. To not get stuck in the mountains with no service and a blowout we called Sam's tire. Brad had just gotten back into town but was ready to help I gave him the type of trailer we had and he brought out 2 different rims with new tires mounted because there's two different lug patterns. He had us back on the road within 10 minutes of his arrival. Mind you it only took him about 30 minutes to get to us on a Sunday night at 6 pm. Memorial day weekend. He did it all quick and safely smiling and bull shittin the whole time. Thank you again Brad, you were our mvp last night. Highly recommend ca
