Buddy of mine and I replaced suspension on my truck over the weekend, had an appointment at another shop to get it aligned Monday morning. They had it for 4 or 5 hours and couldn't get it right. Called Doug at Polos Automotive and he was able to get me in the next morning and had it running straight and true in maybe 45 minutes on the rack. Everybody was friendly and professional. Fast too. Thanks to everybody at Polos, especially Doug for helping me out. 10/10 would recommend.

Saw how the owner treated people during the Walk for Peace. Ew, sir. Doesn’t instill confidence in your business when you’re such a jerk publicly. **edit after reading response** Thanks for putting in writing the kind of attitude I witnessed. I’m “the type”? Name-calling, what does a road name change have to do with anything? Are you trying to call me a name? Whelp, why would anyone want to deal with an attitude like that? The person was wearing your name, and he sure called it “my land”. And is that a fist bump or supposed to represent a punch? Considering the time it feels like a punch- violence is how we solve problems? Double ew, sir.

I have been going to Polos Automotive since it was opened. You will not find a more knowledgeable and professional staff than you will find in Polo, Smitty & Doug ! I recommend them for all your automotive needs.

You are better off taking your car elsewhere. Was under the impression they were fixing the entirety of the car. For the check engine light to come back on within 50 miles of leaving the shop. Told it's not their problem. Was accused of clearing my own codes before bringing it. Although it was towed to them for being broken down. Was even charged a diagnostic fee. The "manager" was disrespectful, and argumentative. They do not honor their work. These people are scammers. Take your money elsewhere.

We are so lucky to have found this shop! We came to the virginia area for a wedding and had a radiator issue. The team there was so amazing. They made sure they found a part for my husband's truck that day (I think the owner even went and picked it up) and then fixed it on a friday afternoon, to make sure we were able to get home safe! Highly recommend them.
