Port City Touchless Car Wash

Three touchless carwash bays. Update; October 2019; Self service car seat cleaner worked okay. Left a pleasant smell. Update; Saturday, August 2020; I used the touchless carwash and it did a good job. The dryers don't work that great. The timer starts too quickly. Update: June 2025; Prices have gone up but are still very competitive! I try to come here when I can.

15+ years as a satisfied repeat customer of base to premium washes. Today after I went through lane 2 there remained ice/snow & many visible black dirt spots/other very small road debris on right side of (white) vehicle and rear bumper that could be wiped off with light touch of a finger. This dirt/debris should have been and normally is cleaned during the deluxe wash I paid for. Thinking there may have been an issue with the lane equipment, I asked the attendant if I would go through again and after inspecting the vehicle he said he would have to call his boss. After waiting 5 minutes, he came back out and said his boss wanted to see pictures (really?). I gave him permission to take and share pictures but said if I could not get a rewash, I would not return to give them more business. Th

Great place to get the shine you want without the friction of brushes! I’d recommend going here! The ease of use from the kiosks to the quick satisfying results of a clean car by the end of the wash makes this my go-to place! The staff are friendly and helpful anytime I’ve asked for their opinion or help! The discounts offered on the wash packages they have are awesome for long time car care at a good price!

Went through the wash at $15 and it was great! my car was covered in salt after a long drive to vermont, even though it’s a touch less wash is was quick and left no spot untouched! super easy wash and i will definitely be coming back after every road trip!

Horrible experience all around. Back window on vehicle was only cleaned halfway after going through the wash, it was never touched by water or the machine. I had purchased a pack of washes prior to going in and requested a refund for the remaining washes afterwards. Customer service is a joke here- literally. The attendant was fine but the „manager” refused a return, was incredibly rude, flippant and provided no option aside from having someone manually was my window when I came thru.
