did their best but couldn't complete the job although they had my 2022 f150 lightning lariat for 46 days. (couldn't complete rear camera calibration.) although replaced tailgate and lens looks great, it closes with a clunk that it never had before. courteous and responsive to my inquires, but i think they were in over their heads with this vehicle.

I worked with Portsmouth Auto Body through my insurance following an accident, and they made the process so incredibly simple and efficient for me. The staff told me exactly what to expect and when, they were prepared for my drop off and pick up, and they (and Enterprise) made getting a rental while the work was being completed super easy. My car looks good as new! I am so appreciative to Portsmouth Auto Body for making a stressful situation much, much less stressful.

Worst service of my life. Took my car there for an insurance claim, they ended up causing more damage to my car then fixing it. My AC worked before I took it there and the air compressor was toast when I got it back. I took my car back three different times with the promise it was fixed just for it to not actually be. One time they gave me my car back without even touching it and then had me bring it back again. The girl that sits at the front has no customer service and super mean girl energy. I ended up getting in contact with the GM who was helpful until he wasn’t. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE OR ANY INSURANCE COMPANY TO USE THIS PLACE.

Wasn't sure about coming here due to the reviews but I had a great experience. Everyone there was so nice, they kept me informed throughout the process, and my car looks amazing like there was never an accident. Very happy with my experience. Office manager Sarah was a delight to work with and kept me well informed from the very beginning all the way through to picking up my car. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Great service, great work, and the coordination with the insurance company and car rental agency made the whole experience as simple and as painless as it could possibly be. Highly recommended.
