Donald was able to come out to the cabin we were staying at to fill one of our tires up. While helping us out, he was friendly and also wanted to double check that everything with our car was alright. If we lived closer, we’d be bringing our vehicles to him!

Brought my Honda civic in because. My brakes over heated and failed on me on my way in to pigeon forge. Being by myself with my kids I panicked, and brought it in to have my brake pads checked. They were super nice. Called me and let me know I still had wear left on my pads. Didn't charge me a dime. Super quick, super nice. 10/10 would go there again.

I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for someone honest and trustworthy. My family was vacationing from Florida when we broke down with what we thought was a transmission issue. I called several shops and nobody could get me in for a few days which wouldn’t work considering we had to get back to Orlando for work. I called this place and explained what happened and the gentleman said to have it brought in and that they could take a look right away considering the circumstances. I had the vehicle towed here (about 30 minutes from where we broke down) and they said they would take a look at it while we waited. Come to find out, it was simply a bracket in the gear shifter that got bent and there actually were no transmission issues. They had it fixed and us on our way in 10 min

My thermostat went out on my Suburban just as we were starting on our way back home to Virginia. They were courteous and helpful. Work was done quickly and at a fair price. They even accommodated our family of 8 while the work was being done.
