Precision Collision Auto Body

Took my car here. Received it back with paint spatter inside my car (obvious color match to my paint), a damaged interior door panel (obviously dropped during door replacement), and a damaged infotainment screen (likely used Windex to wipe the screen). I took it back. They claimed they "couldn't have done the damage." They claim my door was definitely not dropped. The white on my door panel is definitely not paint and that they couldn't have damaged my screen as they only use water inside cars to wipe them down. I have a recording of them admitting to using Windex on the indoor of my car as they are doing it RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. They have refused to do anything to remediate any of the issues and claim no fault. To top it all off, it took them nearly 2 months to complete the work. No up

Fast, friendly, and affordable. Where a chain body shop would have charged me thousands of dollars for a simple fix, precision took care of me in no time for little to nothing. Would definitely recommend!

Precision Collision's team did an expert body repair on the bedside of my 2014 F150. They straightened out the nasty looking damage to my wheel well to the original contour and the expert paintwork and color matching of the complete bedside is phenomenal! I am very happy with their friendly service, timeliness, and finished product. My first time using them, and if I need collision repair in the future, I'll go back to Precision.

My car unfortunately got vandalized. And from day one I work with Wes who is amazing. He always kept me up-to-date with what was going on with my car and what exactly was going to be done and explain to me how it would be done. Had amazing customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. When I picked up my car he went around the car with me to make sure I liked the job they did. And said if I needed anything else or had any questions later on to reach back out to them. He was always there when I contacted him or if he missed a call from me he immediately contacted me back.
