Precision Tune Auto Care

I was very impressed with this Precision Tune facility. We had a brake issue on our car while on vacation and Logan ( manager ) had parts overnighted so we could get our car back next day. They are very professional and customer focused. They even gave us a ride to and from our condo while our car was down. 5 star all the way.

Logan is the best. He was the only mechanic so far ( now promoted to manager) who explained to me ( with pictures and videos) the problem with my car. With no pressure, he recommended priority needs of my car to include the secondary ones, in detail, very clearly understood. He is a no non-sense manager who is very honest and straightforward. Don’t take my words from it. Just try it yourself.

Logan and his crew are absolutely amazing! Customer service was top tier! They are very knowledgeable and explain in great detail if you have any issues. I didn’t feel pressured into getting something that I didn’t want. He noticed some minor things while completing my oil change and gave me all the information needed to get it taken care of! Highly recommended this team!

Worst experience ever. This location is TOTALLY OVERPRICED for what they offer. I have used Precision Tune Auto Care for years with several vehicles and I have NEVER had any cause to doubt their service. That is, until the last time I brought my vehicle there. When I saw the total price for a NORMAL oil change, it was nearly TRIPLE what I can get elsewhere for the exact same service. They wanted to charge me nearly $85.00 for what shouldn't have even come close to $30 - $35.00. As soon as I saw the total on the estimate sheet, I told them to get my car OUT OF THE BAY!!! They even tried to argue with me when I told them that saying that they could do an 'inspection' for no charge. By that point I was so insulted that I again reiterated to them to get my car out of the bay immediately. I wil

Logan and Alex were so great today at helping me out with my grinding noise on my wheel. It was my first time in town and im ready to get back on the road! Love when I encounter nice people alone the way! Highly recommend them if you are ever in need of work on your vehicle
