The customer service here is fantastic and incredibly welcoming. I even brought two cars over for service simultaneously. The technicians are well-informed about the cars and take their time, which is crucial. I don’t want a shop that rushes vehicles your life can be on the line. I’ll definitely be returning for any service I need. Thank you for the great job!

The staff and Mechanics are great here! So honest and nice! I miss the shuttle service, though. The only thing around here is a Sheets and there is nothing to do while you wait possibly hours for you vehicle to be fixed. The driver was so nice too and friendly! THIS SERVICE IS MISSED! PLEASE BRING IT BACK! Thank you! Heck, I’ll even pay a small fee for it! It’s that much needed!

I use to come to this place cause it was right down the road. They do inspections as well another reason why I use to go. I’ve had many cars in my years of driving as well I’ve done a lot of my own work. I brought in a car from 1996 and had 140k miles. They failed me for tie-rods. Went to another place down the road after they tried to quote me $500 for a tie rod job….. Took the SAME CAR down to Grease Monkey on 42 in Garner as well, Explained my situation and was in & out & passed no problems 15-20 mins later. I’d save your time and take your car especially for inspections to Grease Monkey or another place.

Had an issue with my car and it would not move out of my driveway. I had it towed here and didn’t even have to go in. They took the car in and cleared some codes that had prevented the car from moving. Drove the car around and couldn’t get the codes to come back on so something odd happened but they called me to let me know and to my surprise they charged me nothing even though they did take time to do all of that clear the codes and drive the car around and check it out so I got my car back. It’s working great there’s nothing ever for free but these guys did this for free. Complete gain of trust and have a loyal customer now and someone who will recommend them anytime. They have always done great work and quick work in the past but this was wild that I paid nothing.

This is a great Auto center, they have done repairs and maintenance for both my vehicles. I will note to the owner that you need to return the shuttle service that was removed recently. This service was removed and the one time I actually needed it, I was informed it wasn’t there any longer there due to a new store opening. Please bring back the shuttle service vehicle for your customers. Thank you!
