Precision Tune Auto Care

This is probably been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any mechanic shop. My car’s been there for over four years. The Guy who first “ helped “me more like gave me a run around his name is Felix lost parts of my car, which these parts are discontinued at this point something needs to be done something needs to be made right I’ve called the corporate office numerous amounts of times no response back I feel sorry for the newer employees because they have to deal with my issues and my aggravation but 4 years is absolutely unacceptable unless the corporate office calls I’ll be reporting this company to the BBB AND GETTING MY LAWYERS INVOLVED THE CORPORATE OFFICE SEEMS TO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS HERE AS A BUSINESS THIS IS THE NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS OR A BUSINESS YOU CAN T

my car got towed there and i was quoted $8000 for a transmission. When my husband called they told him they didn’t dig that deep into the issue. Had my car towed and got a second opinion. Simple fix for $140!!

Tony and the staff at the precision tune in Huber heights has to be the most professional auto mechanics I have ever come in contact with. I will from here on out. Always take my cars to this location. They were honest they were up front. They were quick. They talked to me every single day and told me the status of my vehicle. They explained the things that I did not understand because I am not an auto mechanic, nor do I claim to be. I am grateful that he took the time to ensure my vehicle was 100% fixed and at a reasonable price. Thank you Tony and thank you to the tech. Greatly appreciate you all.

Fast and friendly..only thing is my Gage for my oil wasn't reset but in all good service... didn't like going her about a year ago but I'm hoping things has changed...

Had oil pressure sensor replaced but they didn't reset the error being displayed on the dashboard and the Vortex engine cover wasn't secured back in place properly. I took care of these issues myself.
