The Team on St. James Ave is awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. Easy online booking for appointments. Fast and reliable turnaround time. Waiting for the part to come in was the longest wait. Brought both my vehicles in for oil changes, tire rotations, and ac/ heating problems. They even took me to my car and pointed out the problem while explaining the problem. That was a plus for me. Got a price breakdown before and after warranty. Yes I used my car warranty. They even give you a free car wash afterwards. The only negative thing is no coffee or TV is available in the lobby. Always room for improvement.

Nothing but good things to say about this shop. The folks that work there are knowledgeable And consistent. You can go in a few months later and still run into the same people that helped you in the past which I think is a great thing they stand by their work. I’ve had some opinions given by a local dealership that didn’t quite sit right so I had this shop take a look and they were able to save me a lot of money. If and when something does happen to my car feel better paying them to do it because I trust the work they do. Finding a good mechanic can be a scary thing if you don’t know your way around a car and these are good people who I recommend.

Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. I don’t know much about cars, and I usually feel uneasy walking into auto shops because of the risk of being upsold on things I don’t actually need. That wasn’t the case here at all. Tim was especially helpful, patient, and genuinely kind. Even though my school bus couldn’t fit into the bay, he was more than happy to come out to the parking lot to diagnose the issue. He took the time to explain what was going on and showed me what to do if my vehicle acts up the same way again in the future. I really appreciated being treated with honesty and respect. I don’t live in the area, but if I did, I would absolutely come back.

They did a great job doing my new used car's maintenance like oil and brakes. Tim was very helpful & honest, he noticed the price was wrong and interfered before I could pay the wrong amount with the current promotions going on. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for service

My ford escape battery died and was towed to precision tune auto. They tried to charge me $750 for the battery replacement, quoting $82 for diagnostic, $360 for the battery, and $180 an hour for labor at what they estimated would be 1.72 hours of work. I towed my car right the heck out of there and to my house where my brother and I bought a $230 battery and replaced it in 46 minutes. Save your money.
