Ralph is wonderful to work with. I’ve had my car repaired here twice, both times through no fault of my own. The first incident occurred when Tally’s Truck Center damaged the undercarriage of my car by towing it incorrectly. I drive a high-end sports car and am very particular about who works on it, so I truly appreciated the care and craftsmanship Ralph and his crew put into returning it to its original condition. Their work helped make up for a very frustrating experience with Tally’s and their lack of accountability. The second time, my car was hit in a Costco parking lot, leaving a large hole in the bumper. Once again, Ralph and his team restored my car to its original beauty. Excellent customer service and top-quality work every time. Thank you, Ralph—my car thanks you too!

These guys were incredible! I had my first car accident and was a bit lost on how to get my car repaired and go through my insurance as I had never done it before. Ryan gave me clear direction on how to get the ball rolling and it was all smooth from there. They repaired my car quickly and gave it back as good as new. They set me up with a loaner vehicle while they fixed my car too. I absolutely recommend this business.

A tree company damaged my rear bumper and told me just send them the bill from a shop. I go to Preferred Auto Body informing them they have a blank check & also told them I wouldn’t need the car for a few weeks as I’d be gone for the military. Might as well have said, “please take your time and fix everything”. I spoke to the shop’s owner who was very attentive to me by giving me a quote and getting me in the shop. However, after just one week when they said it was done and I could pick it up, I was kind of perplexed because 1) it takes time to paint a new bumper 2) exchange the parts 3) buff and match to the existing weathered paint of the fenders. However they seemed trust worthy, and so I picked it up. Halfway home (I live an hour away) when I stop to get gas, I notice 1) the replace

FANTASTIC. That's about the best word you can use to describe Ryan, Ralph, and crew. They took care of my body work in no time and assisted me with a registered loaner while they worked their magic on my 2012 Subaru. They promptly eschewed the estimate, completed the work, and made a happy customer out of me, all while coming in quite a deal lower than other shops. Their work is pristine and should I ever need body work again, I will trek the 1 1/2 hours to get to them again. I'm sharing with all my contacts!
