The actual service done was okay on the body. I got the ceramic coating. First they said it recommend 3-4 hours for the initial cure, then when I was there to pickup and it had just been applied and was given the go ahead. Unclear communication and requirement boundaries set. If it needs the time to cure then make that a requirement. Stand behind your work and the care it needs afterwards. I would also have liked better email communication, examples / pickup time, quote and receipt, details about warranty(lacking documentation) I noticed not all bare spots were hit on the undercoating which was the thing I really wanted done. Because all the darn salt Indiana uses. Most of it was coated. I also don't not claim to be any sort of expert on detailing or undercoating. 3 stars for the benifi

Not gonna lie, there are cheaper places in town… but… if you want to know for sure it’s going to be done RIGHT and look perfect, go here. I’ve had window tint installed and it’s been flawless for a couple of years now. Have had my car detailed a few times and I’m always totally impressed by their work. They do the work in the time it says it will take and I’ve never gotten my car back and thought anything other than “Wow! Worth it!”

Premier Auto Detailing exceeded my already very high expectations today. I’ve known of Premier and respected owner Donte Wilburn for years because of his strong reputation and the way he gives back to our community, so I naturally expected great work—but my experience today was truly jaw dropping. Johnny Quiñones gave me a ride back to work after I dropped off my car. He is so kind, humble, and others-focused. He affirms the kind of team Donte has built. When my car was finished, Mike picked me up and he was also so pleasant and easy to talk with. Then I met Bianca, who walked me through everything she did for my car. This company was great all the way through the process of detailing our car. Prices showed at beginning, appt was made quickly and service was great. Kept apprised of how long it would be. I received text reminding me of appt. I would highly recommend for all of their services. Great business
