It took longer than I expected, but it was not their fault at all. Supply chain held up some of the parts need for my vehicle. But at the end they got it fix, and it’s looking like a new car. My car was a victim of a hit and run and the damage was really bad, very difficult to look at, but they got it fixed . I mean it looks like a new car. They really know their work. The ladies at the office are awesome. They always call me every other day to give updates on my vehicle, even when the parts were not coming it was encouraging to hear from them and knowing they’re doing their best. To capped it all, they helped me with my deductible (I won’t go in full details because I’m not sure if they would like it). I had a wonderful experience at Premiere Collision. Dealing with accidents and damage to your car is always stressful and daunting but Premiere made it easy. They were honest, extremely helpful and did excellent work in a very timely fashion. Special shout out to Vanessa who was amazing from day 1 and guided me through the process flawlessly. I received consistent updates on the status of my car, was set up with a perfect rental and was treated like a life-long customer. Premiere has earned my trust and my business and can’t recommend them enough.

Freak one car accident resulted in front end of very low mileage 2013 CAMRY XLE to be 95% separated from body without apparent mechanical damage. Some obvious damaged or broken grille, lights, hardware. I have no fair way to compare Premier Collision to any other shop except my insurance company requires a specific appraiser to review and approve claim. Using another shop would require a “Field Appraisal” or a couple of days delay. I opted to use the recommend vendor, Premier. I hoped for very fast repair but expected the usual delays. Assess damage, prepare estimates, await approvals, order parts, receive parts, schedule staff assignments, complete repairs. Add in the pre and post Christmas season, and I was able to accept 24 days from the day, 12/9, that the car was towed to Premier

I was referred to this location through USAA after my car accident and they did a great job! My car looks brand new and although there was a lot to fix, they got it done in a little over a month, there were delays due to shipping of parts but I was given an update every T/Th. I sincerely appreciate the manager I spoke to ( I believe his name is Edwin): I was frustrated when my repair was delayed but he gave me a personal call to explain the details of the situation and assured me they would have the job completed soon. Which they did the following week. Thank you everyone from the technicians to the receptionist for your help & care in handling my vehicle :)

There aren’t enough words to describe my experience at Premier Collision Center! I have taken me and my girlfriends vehicles to both of their locations and each time was a great experience! Their secretaries are very kind and kept me informed throughout the entire time my vehicle was in the shop. When I went to pick them up, the work came out phenomenal like nothing even happened to my vehicles. They are also certified with many manufacturers which was important to me since I wanted to make sure the job was done correctly which it was. I would recommend Premier Collision to my family and friends and will definitely be coming back if I need anymore work done to my vehicles!
