Premier Towing & Recovery

Had Premier tow my X5 last night after the serpentine belt snapped. They arrived in about 45 minutes and got me back home before it really set in that my car is an endless money pit. Good people. Would do business with them again.

At-home date night saved by Premier Towing! Last week my wife and I ordered some takeout. After a while of watching our order on the app it got cancelled. We thought it odd but moved on. About and hour later, we got a phone call from Premier towing and Recovery asking if we ordered food! They explained that they had done a tow, found our food sitting on the passenger seat, contacted us, and at 9:30pm drove it over to our house to drop it off for us! Date night saved! These small acts are what define our small community and remind us that we all live here together, and also the importance of taking a few moments to go the extra mile and do the right thing. Thanks guys!

The owners are local, family based, and professional. They keep things transparent and straightforward. Highly recommend!

Broke down late last night, called and a lady answered, she was very easy to deal with. Accurate on the time frame it would take to get out to me. The cost was very reasonable, I will definitely call them first from here on out.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! They illegally towed my car, doubled the release price simply because they could, threatened to keep my car until Monday and charge me additional amount after the fact. DAMAGED my car. Refusing to pay for damages.
