Presbyterian Homes of Bloomington

My mother moved in 6weeks ago and Icame in to visit. I like the complex and the staff are very nice. The Commons have a dining room and the staff: Katherine & Willie are exceptional. Telyse, RA, was VERY HELPFUL with room services. I love how everyone on staff remembers mother's 1st name.

I am so impressed with the care my dad has received at this TCU. The OT/PT is outstanding, and they provide it 7 days a week! The staff is caring, patient, and attentive to his needs. From the social worker, Claire and Floor Supervisor, Vincent, and nurses Erick and Kim, and the entire care staff. I always feel welcome when I visit. Thank you, Pres Homes, for caring for my dad.

Not an easy place to visit but I had to see my friend who is there fighting stage 4 cancer. A decent place, sunny, roomy and friendly. It allows multiple visitors a day.

Every time I visit, I am struck by how friendly and attentive the staff is. They truly go above and beyond to make sure my wife's grandparents are comfortable and well cared for. When I visit it's alway a clean and welcoming environment.

This place was horrible! I had to practically beg for my pain pills after having a five level back fusion. My bed and pillow stunk like BO. The nurse was very cold and calloused with no empathy. I would never recommend this place and I will never go back.
