I did not follow through with purchase so I can’t tell you the full experience. I will tell you that I test drove a couple of cars and both of them left me with serious concerns. When bringing this up to salesman, the response was very unsatisfactory. I am no mechanic but I know enough. Maybe they would have corrected them if I bought it but I decided not to take the chance.

I don't recommend it at all. To sell, they're always on top of you, calling, and sending messages, but when you need after-sales support, they come and say that the dealership doesn't offer a warranty. But if the car leaves the dealership already with a defect, is that your problem? This doesn't exist anywhere in the world. I bought a car less than a month old and it had a problem. I had to replace the engine, which cost me a total of $7,000, and they didn't even pay me if I needed anything, but we'll see each other soon.

Great experience overall! They were super helpful in getting me into my new car. The process was smooth, and they made everything easy to understand.

Don't Buy from these crooks! They talk in spanish thinking I didn't know what they were saying. But I know enough spanish to know they said "these stupid white people will sell us their truck cheap and we can make a lot of money off it". Fooled them. They offered me half what I got somewhere else the same day. When they told me the offer, I said that's crazy and walked out. Buyer and Sellers BEWARE i I had to put a star to post but they don't deserve it.
