This is the fourth time in three years that we Have used prestige auto. It seems like my husband has an affinity for hitting deer…. The past three accidents With the car were smooth sailing this time tho…. My insurance company decided they were going to change their policies and how they do things needless to say not only was the job not easy, but the insurance was a ridiculously difficult to deal with as well! These gentlemen went above and beyond spent their unpaid time, waiting on hold trying to get a hold of my insurance adjuster and his manager and we got the runaround over and over. The patience of this owner is unbelievable. His kindness is unmeasurable. I don’t know what we would have done without him!!!! Thank you Guys you really are the best!!!! **STOP UPDATE!** You need to read this! Before choosing prestige Auto place! When the car was looked at it had a check engine light on. (I asked them to check what it was when I test drove the car )I was told it was a “EVAP CODE”. the Tech must have cleared the codes when I picked it up the light was off. The car passed inspection. Upon filling the tank the last time It was pointed out to me that the car was leaking fuel from the tank. I’m very afraid of the gas leakage with my two young children in the car most of the time with me. I’m able to smell gas. Just walking by the car I figured it was just from the cap loose. When you buy an older car there’s bound to be minor issues here and there. And some rust because this is NYS… we all know this. But here’s the thing that blew me out of

Ross and crew are absolute professionals at their work.They handled everything with my insurance with ease. Every aspect of my experience, from communication to quality of work, was outstanding. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
