Prestige Car Wash

The touch less car wash is the reason I got the wash pass. Unfortunately the facility is not kept up with the basics… like soap for the car wash…. With a monthly rate of $34 you would think some of that income would go into maintaining the business in a working manner. But no the touch less wash hardly ever works correctly and when the bower attempts to dry the car the leaky fittings all over the system make sure to cover the vehicle with soap and water that dries and creates water spots on top of the debris it didn’t remove. All in all very disappointing and will most likely be cancelling the subscription.

AVOID COMPLETELY. I went early one January morning but the door was frozen shut. I asked for a refund. Their customer service was responsive but 8 days later I’m still waiting for management approval. THEY DON’T CARE. Go elsewhere. Update re: their response to my review: I did email customer service SIX TIMES. They were always responsive but the credit still took 10 days. Unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience overall. I gave this car wash two chances, and both visits were letdowns. The first time I paid $19 for a hand wash that took about 12 minutes and felt overpriced for the quality of the service. The second time I tried the $20 touchless wash, which left noticeable residue from the washing solution and did a poor job drying the vehicle. The car looked almost as dirty as when it went in. To make matters worse, as soon as staff noticed I didn’t have a membership, they quickly approached my car to try to sign me up for their monthly service. Unfortunately, I can’t justify committing to a subscription for a car wash that struggles to deliver a proper clean.

The staff is very helpful and extremely nice, plus free vaccum. But the touchless wash is awful. One of the bays is always out of service, and the one that works barely cleans the car. Not to mention the long line.

I like it. It has almost everything you need to take care of your car. The only exception I have is that during the winter I don't wash my car much for the price that's being paid. I think it should be balanced to to a low price during the winter. But would recommend it doing the summertime springtime fall. That's it. I would make of a suggestion by saying lower the price and the winter. Thank you
