Prestige Detailing

I recently took my brand-new 2025 Ford F-150 FX4 (that gorgeous red beauty with the blacked-out wheels and lift) to Prestige Hand Carwash & Detailing in New Bern, and wow—what an incredible experience! I drove all the way from Jones County to Craven County specifically because I'd heard so many glowing recommendations about this place, and they absolutely lived up to the hype and then some. The team was incredibly friendly and professional from the moment I pulled in. They treated my truck (and me) with genuine care and attention to detail. The results were phenomenal—my F-150 looks showroom-new again, with a deep, mirror-like shine on that ruby red paint, spotless wheels, and every crevice perfectly cleaned. All I can say is .... I had a fantastic experience. Everyone was very friendly, they did an amazing job, the price was reasonable and btw as far as I know its the only full service car wash in town. Id definitely recommend these guys to anyone and I will for sure be returning again.

They were amazing, I had a musty smell in my car and they went above and beyond. Not only does my car look brand new but it smells brand new as well. Take your car here, they pay attention to detail and do it right.

Was a little peeved when I said I wanted the $45 service that was posted on their sign- but the guy said because my truck was dirty itd be $75. While I still think that’s nonsense, the crew did so a really great job. They cleaned thoroughly inside and out.
