My husband and I were visiting from Maryland. Our 650 BMW coupe broke down in Florida, not once, but twice in 5 days.Gil, the head mechanic at Prestige was phenomenal. He literally sat down with us and showed us the diagnostics and then explained all our options. At one point, we discussed taking the car to CarMax and selling it. Gil assisted us with that as well. Our issue was that the car was running fine one minute, then over heated within minutes. What impressed us the most was Gils honesty. He said he did not want to make an educated guess because he knew the distance we needed to drive back to Maryland.
