Prestige Motor Cars of Freeport

I’ll be honest — my experience with this shop didn’t start off the best. I was originally given a 5-day timeline for my car, but it ended up taking 10 days, and I was understandably frustrated. But what truly stood out, and why I’m still giving this review, is how the owner stepped in. Once he heard what was going on, he took personal responsibility and made things right immediately. He made sure my car was finished right away and even arranged to have it delivered to me at no extra cost. That level of care and accountability is rare these days, and it meant a lot. I wasn’t treated like “just another customer”, but rather a valued member of their community. They didn’t just fix my car — they restored my trust. And for that, I’m genuinely grateful. PS. Shoutout to Joe for working overtim

Great people. Knowledgeable and friendly. They genuinely care about giving you the best experience possible and catering to your needs. You can tell they are not trying to rip you off like many other places. Great prices for repairs and bodywork. Fast and transparent service. Never taking my car anywhere else

Buyer BEWARE- I came into look at a 2022 BMW X3 advertised for $33,995. I drove 2 hours from New Jersey to take it home. Upon looking at it I immediately noticed the car has been not taken care of at all. Looked like it was repainted, interior parts missing and scratches all around. When I asked for the Car Fax they said they do not have it and that it is a used car. Then when I informed them I’m paying cash the price magically jumped up $5k. They completely wasted my time and became combative and insulting when I told them I’m no longer interested. This is far from a reputable dealership , nothing but a bunch of unprofessional, unethical , ill mannered crooks. Would not recommend at all! I will be filing a complaint with the NYS attorney general to make sure they cannot scam anyone else.

Jovan has been extremely helpful and accommodating from the start. From showing us the car to the end, he explained everything well and was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommend!

i am the driver who was delivering this car to this dealership. They never paid the invoice for the transportation. They told us that they will pay later and they never did! The most terrible people i ever seen in my life. Do not do business with them ever!
