Very dissapointed. I had them repair my car, while it was there, they backed up my car into another. Owner initially handled it well. Called me, told me about it, stated someone would be coming out Monday to look at it, and he would let me know what could be done. The bumper was scraped and cracked. Monday he calls me, and said he had it painted over the weekend and that it was all set. I never approved any such repairs to the vehicle. The paint repair is subpar. There is still cracks in the plastic trim, there's a chip in the new paint, overspray on the body, and significant orange peel. I showed the owner all of this and he didn't seem to care. He said it's not a new car, you are nit picking, there's nothing else we can do, you can speak with place I had paint it, but we are not doing an

From first contact to leaving with my repaired vehicle the experience was more then five star! I’m so impressed with this business. Friendly , explained everything provided me with a quote, followed up with some pop up things. Very efficient shop.. clean fair priced could go on and on. I’m so happy I found them!!

From my first call, Jessica was so nice, polite, and knowledgeable about Mercedes, I had a feeling I found the right place. I dropped off my E43 (needing an axle replacement - failed CV boot) the night before my appointment using the key drop box. By 10am the next morning I received a text that my car was done and ready! Outstanding service and communication. And my car was fixed properly by MB people and MB mechanics at a MUCH lower cost than a MB dealer… and you get greater service here! My car is going back here next week for brakes. I'm so glad I found Prestige, and I'm grateful to them for providing an honest, expert, and less expensive service option to MB owners.
