I recently brought my 01 Land Cruiser to Prestige Motorsport for a massive brake upgrade, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From the first conversation, his communication was top-tier. He was extremely detailed in explaining every step of the process, including which parts were being ordered, expected arrival times, and how the work would be completed. When one of the parts arrived with a defect, he handled it professionally and immediately reached out to explain the issue, provide updates, and make sure the replacement process went smoothly. I’ve brought Sam a variety of cars from Foreign to American cars and he’s been able to diagnose issues others couldn’t. He’s dialed in every single car I’ve ever brought him and I don’t hesitate to call him first when my cars act up. Amazing first impression, communication, Attitude, Professionalism, 10/10. You can tell without a doubt he loves what he does and his genuine character and very detailed work proves it. It’s hard to find somebody this good in this area that also knows their ins and outs with foreign cars. Definitely has saved me from making multiple trips to Portland for work on my foreign cars.

I thankfully have not had to repair anything too major on my vehicle yet, but if and when I do I will be taking it to Sam. I have been taking my car to him for the last year, before Prestige Motorsport was a physical location, and he has consistently provided top-notch service without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what's going on with my car in clear terms, and is transparent and fair in his pricing. Sam went above and beyond to help me figure out the issue with my vehicle. I was in a huge time crunch and he made sure that I could get my vehicle serviced and returned in time. He also took the time to explain and clarify the services and how my vehicle works. Not only do I feel like I understand my vehicle more because of him, but also more empowered to make decisions about future maintainence.
