We just purchased a preowned 2025 Silverado 3500 from Preston Hood Chevrolet and the buying experience couldn’t have gone any smoother. I was able to negotiate everything with our salesman Earl ahead of time via phone and text (since we aren’t located very close to the dealership). They were able get to the OTD price that I was looking for without having to haggle back and forth (a pleasant change from most dealerships). There were no “dealer add ons” (which is rare in Florida) and there was no hard sales pitch for extended warranties either (another rarity these days). We would not hesitate to do business here again in the future.

Derek was our salesman and he was excellent listened exactly to what we wanted and kept us on track with our options. He made the process very easy and stress free. I purchased a used 2023 Chevy Blazer RS in February 2024. A few days after I took it home the bumper was coming off and we realized the headlight was cracked. This vehicle was purchased Certified Pre-Owned. As a courtesy a week post-purchase, they emailed us a car fax that showed that the vehicle had previously been in an accident that had not been disclosed. When we brought the vehicle back, the used car manager Eli, refused to even speak with us regarding the issue and stated to the maintenance technician that they would not be doing any repairs aside from the headlight and an 'attempt' to reattach the bumper.
