Preston Hood Chevrolet Service

I dreaded bringing my vehicles in for service at dealerships. Sometimes I think it's other customers causing log jams for people like me who only use dealership maintenance services on rare occasions. Sometimes I think dealerships could hire a better class off employee. In other states these are both true. None of the reasons I listed above are true at Preston Hood. This place was polite, quick, courteous and professional. This place was a pleasure to deal with. Now I'm not afraid to take my truck in again. Hopefully I won't have to. C'mon GM, why did you use the wrong Transmission fluid on my 8 speed Silverado when you built my truck ?

The Service personal at this dealership were exceptional Quick, efficient, caring, and mechanically outstanding tradesman and women. I have been coming here for the last 6 years, and every time I come, I am always treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism by all staff and service personnel. an exceptional group of dedicated individuals that demonstrate customer care, and superior assistance. Well done everyone.

Latone simply provides outstanding customer service each and every time my vehicle needs service. She communicates professionally and timely each and every time. YOU, CHEVROLET must keep professionals like her on your team; because without people like her, I would take my business elsewhere and recommend other dealerships and car companies. Latone deserves a monetary service award OR promotion. One or the other or both but CHEVROLET NEEDS to do something!! In my opinion, the service department and service you receive after you purchase a vehicle are 90% of why I purchase a vehicle from a particular company.

I can't say enough about the service and staff at Preston Hood in Fort Walton Beach. The team there are efficient, and easy to work with. They have comfortable and welcoming customer waiting areas for you to enjoy while your car is being serviced. The receptionist in the main lobby is really sweet and always provides a friendly hello as you walk by. Brad Bly is an excellent service rep who is always honest and up front on my car's maintenance needs. Because of the distance from my home, I can't always make it to Preston Hood for my routine oil changes, but I knew without a doubt that I wanted this service team to handle changing out my tires and battery. It is always a great experience there. I cannot recommend this service team and this dealership enough!

Great experience with an oil change here. When needing a repair service, they quoted their labor time to be about 4x too high, so i had to take care of it elsewhere.
