I took my 2022 Chevy Equinox in around November after a deer jumped into the front passenger fender and rolled all the way down to the back passenger door. From afar my car looks great but there are multiple small spots where attention to detail didn’t happen.. spots where you can see the bare metal body, the paint wasn’t done correctly, a scratch on the passenger quarter glass, the back passenger door has two scratches - one is a reddish brown and the other is like a scratch in the top coat, another scratch on the passenger front door. Their customer service was great but when it came down to detail they failed. Disappointing because I’ve heard great things about them. Unfortunately their attention to detail wasn’t met.

My car had a chemical burn and had to have parts replaced. It went quick and fast excellent service.

Prime Body and Paint did an amazing job on my daughter’s Honda CRV! Kristen Weathers was so friendly and helpful at the front desk and Eric Astell was great at keeping me updated on the progress of the vehicle. The car was done sooner than expected and as always, immaculately clean both inside and out. I will only take my vehicles to Prime Body and Paint!
