Priority Towing La Porte

I was in trouble and in need of a tow truck. They arrived quickly and came up with a game plan and got the job done. The driver was knowledgeable professional and just a good guy. I'd recommend Priority Towing to anyone in need of a tow or towing services.

They are awful rude and did an illegal tow on my car. I went to LaPorte High School Graduation to see my grandson graduate. And I parked in a parking lot at Wings Etc. Along with a hundred other people. No signs anywhere. I come out and my car is gone I saw a tow truck driver and he told me who was towing cars out of there. I asked the business mgr. If they called anyone to tow cars, and they said no. We weren't doing anything wrong, we just parked where everyone else were parking. He was just making money, by doing illegal tows. I paid $325 to get my car out and $55 to take him to court. And he also messed up the back right side of my car To me this is so wrong of this company.

Just horrible . On top of Rude and unprofessional- please learn to work on anger issues and outburst to customers regardless situation- not to mention. They also charged me way over than what the price board outside yard stats.

Got my car picked up from accident supposedly they don’t take pics of vehicle from inside but funny how they sure can guarantee no one from their yard would take belongings from the inside of the vehicle but can’t confirm that! Several items went missing from the time they picked picked vehicle and it it going to another yard affiliated with insurance company whom has asked for pictures from you guys from time of pick up that yall can’t seem to provide. It’s bad enough people endure a loss of a vehicle but then others decide they want to steal what’s in it! But your company soooooo sure your towers wouldn’t do that but yet can’t provide the proof they didn’t! Good way to cover your company!!!!!! Not a bad place I guess. Did come get me and my truck. Was told about 30 mins and ended up waiting 2 hours. Finally came around midnight. Driver was okay but he seemed irritated and was struggling to back up my truck in the yard. Dispatch was super nice and helpful and understood my frustration as I was stranded on 225 late at night. Ended up charging more than I was told though.
