Pro Lube Auto Center

Staff is generally courteous but the owner seems to have some serious anger issues. I brought my car in for a diagnostic because all of the dashboard lights were on. According to what I had researched on Google, this was likely due to the battery needing to be replaced. I made it very clear that I wanted them to run a diagnostic, and fix the battery if that was what was causing the lights to stay on. They replaced the battery, but did not run a diagnostic, leaving all of the dashboard lights on. When I called to clear up the miscommunication, the owner got very defensive. He claimed I never asked for a diagnostic, even though I couldn't have been clearer about my reasoning for being there. Fast, courteous, trustworthy establishment! All three individuals I spoke with were great. I highly recommend this place. I stopped in with no appointment for an oil change for a newer car. It required a special filter that they did not have in the store. Within moments they had one delivered and the entire process took probably 30 minutes. Exceptional people!

I recently took my Subaru to Pro Lube to repair a rattling heat shield. The first time it was allegedly a bolt. The second time it was a clamp. The third time, I was told "it's a poor design by Subaru, take it to the dealership", which I did. When I brought my car back to Pro Lube for an oil change, I thought they would reimburse me, since they failed twice to fix the issue. No. I was told they wouldn't and reminded it was a poor design. Andy said he was surprised the dealership only charged me $115.00 (close to what Pro Lube charged me), as it is usually a $400 - $500 repair. (I got a discount at a dealership??) Have only had good experiences here. They don't service everything, but staff have gone out of their way several times to help me out/go above and beyond.

Always so friendly, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. I have recommended them to all my friends and family!
