I was in search of an honest mechanic after being ripped off by the local auto dealership. Chris at Pro Tech in Fort Meyers was recommended to me. I needed an oil change and a tire air pressure gauge battery. Chris was very knowledgeable and does honest work. I will be going to Pro Tech from now on for all my automotive maintenance needs.

Pro Tech Auto Service is a friendly and honest place to take your vehicle for anything as simple as an oil change to your largest automotive problems. They are fair and honest. They aren't much to look at but I believe that they keep appearance & location as it is to continue to offer some of the lowest competitive prices to customers. As difficult as it is to find a great mechanic these days, I'm happy to have landed in the experienced hands of Pro Tech!

Told me to take my business elsewhere because I asked if I could take my head to my own shop and bring it back. "There's only a few shops in town". "Let me worry about that". "You should take your business elsewhere." Great customer service. Their response below was no reason to treat me the way they did. It was truly unprofessional and no excuse to talk to customers that way. You were loud and argumentative. Stop trying to save face after the fact. Read Braden McDaniels review.
