I had such a great experience at this auto shop! Marcy at the front desk was so helpful, professional, and welcoming — she made the whole visit a breeze. She’s definitely a great asset to the company and represents excellent customer service. I came in for a state inspection, and the service was super quick and easy. The shop is also beautifully decorated — very artistic, cute, and comfortable, which makes waiting such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for friendly, efficient, and reliable service!

Something changed! I have brought all of my vehicles here for state safety inspections for years to include a rare Trans Am. Always the same. Never an issue. Today that changed. Had a light bulb changed and added to the bill to the tune of 21.51 with nothing said to me prior and I was in the waiting room. I don't pay to have simple light bulbs replaced. Most may. I don't. Point is, nothing should be done or changed or "repaired" on my vehicle without my verbal or written authorization. I'm sure the bulb needed replaced. I'm not saying that. But I would have done it. On principal alone, it's not OK. I probably had one at the house and it takes all of 5 minutes. On top of that I go out to find greasy hand prints all over my hood and front quarter panel. Wear gloves or wipe off before return

Clip joint. My regular inspection station owner retired so this looked like a reputable shop. Selling the car for son and it had only been driven 900 miles since passing last year! Left with quote for over $900 to pass after Progressive rejected it. Went to a friend's shop to get checked and all work completed to pass the reinspection for $441.87. AND - Progressive failed me for an exhaust leak repair ($294) that 2 shops confirmed was nonexistent. So basically it was made up to clip me for $300 of unnecessary repairs and I'm a working person that can't afford "extras. I will be seeing these folks in person about this nonsense when I have the time. But at least my experience says avoid this rip joint at all costs.

I had an exceptional experience at this automotive shop. Their customer service is on a different level, and Mrs. Emily deserves special recognition. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about getting things right the first time. She kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You don’t see that kind of professionalism and care often. This is exactly the type of shop you trust with your vehicle and come back to without hesitation. Highly recommended.

After getting told to wait for hours in other places I was able to schedule a set time and didn’t have to wait around. The customer service was simply amazing. Great location and wonderful staff.
