Angela is creating a bad look on Pronto Insurance. Not only did she fall to provide a Letter of Experience for the courts that resulted in my son having another court date. In addition she left a voice message telling me that he needed to pay his insurance bill to avoid cancelation. When I called to tell her that I paid it a few days earlier she said it wasn't her who had called even though she left the message that clearly stated her name. Stay away from her and document everything if you deal with this agency.

I got hit by someone with Pronto June 2, i'm still waiting for an update on the claim. I have called emailed and text. Customer service is the worst.

One star because no stars is not an option. Stay clear of pronto insurance. I staeted my policy on a Friday, paid the premium that was requested only to find out from my lean holder that my policy had been cancelled. I called and spoke to a representative and was told my policy had been cancelled the next day. I drove around for a week thinking I had full coverage insurance on my vehicle but didn't because she had cancelled it. I requested a refund for the over $300 that I paid to start the policy and was denied that. Pronto refused to give me my money back and cancelled my policy. I never got a call stating my policy had been cancelled by Pronto. The excuse I was given was that they were trying to " get everything worked out on their end".
