Pure Waves Touchless Car Wash

Used 1st of 2 wash bays. Had the following; - low pressure - no soap I moved to 2nd bay; - low pressure - no soap - would not shutoff when I pressed stop button for credit card so I was overcharged. I called the number listed and the voicemail is not setup. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

One self-serve bay is blocked off. The other doesn’t have any function other than pressure wash. No soap no nothing. Used to be a great self serve wash bay, now it’s worthless.

$3 for 3 minutes. Every quarter after that gives you about 10 seconds. The spot free rinse has no pressure so that alone takes about 3 minutes. Don't waste your time or money

Would have gave zero stars if I could. So this place is basically just set up to rob people of their hard earned money. Vacuum just eats your quarters Seems like they know it’s an issue but zero signs are posted about it or looks like it’s been fixed. The wash spits out soap while on rinse almost forcing you to have to pay for extra time or risk getting left with a car full of soap. Place looks un maintained or even clean wash area filled with dirt / debris you drag nasty stuff right back into your car getting back in. Most horrible place I’ve been to in my life. How is it even still in operation. It’s clearly just stealing people’s money.

This review is specifically for the North Sheboygan Magic Car Wash. I washed my wife's car in the north automatic bay on November 19th. I selected the $10 wash. It did a terrible job washing the car (see image). I could hardly even tell I had washed it. Magic Car Wash needs to put some money into upgrading the north location. I won't be back until they do.
