Facilities are fine, clean, functioning. However, a quick (6 minutes) wash with the credit card swipe is $15. I have never spent more than $6-8 to wash my little Audi. I wont go back. Correction: I have subsequently received a $7.50 credit on my bank statement. The resulting net cost is fair and reasonable for the car wash. Thank you for letting me know.

I’ve been here multiple times and never had a problem. The guy in front of me got stuck in the touchless auto wash. I had already paid for my wash so I helped the guy get out of the washbay because the exit garage door wouldn’t open. Now I’m waiting to hear back from the unresponsive owner call Tipline to see if I will get a refund

Charged my credit card $18 but the door failed to open. Waited over 20 minutes and there were no cars in front of me. Tried to contact Matt for a refund through the number given in the signage. Never heard a word. I would stay away - find another car wash.

Two times now the wash has glitched out and stopped mid wash, leaving the truck half clean and covered in soap. Have tried multiple times to reach out to Matt, but never get an answer back. You’d have better luck from a toddler with a garden hose.

Unable to rate the experience as the card reader in Bay 2 was unable to read any card successfully. The selector switch felt worn out and no signage about this bay taking only cash. This used to be a good location to wash the car while taking a lunch break, but not today
