So visiting family from out of state, had a transmission problem , turned out, we needed to replace it. After 2 other shops quoting way too much for a rebuild, Andre suggested a used, at a very reasonable price, even though it was thanksgiving week, he and the techs were able to, as quick as they could, get it done for us so we could get back on the road. Super nice guy, and I also want to mention, a few extra parts were added that didn't affect the quote he initially gave! How cool is that!! For me, it's nice to have a shop that you can trust, too bad you're not in AZ!!

Andre kept me informed throughout the process, updated me on any recommendations they had while working on the vehicle and followed up with me after the install was complete to do a check in on how my vehicle was doing. George at Quality Auto has been helping me get my sprinter ready for my cross country trek and let me tell you he is great. I could not have imagined bringing my van anywhere else.
