I live in Orlando but was in New Bern for work when I had the misfortune of a small accident. Fortunately, I found Quality Body Shop, and I’m so glad I did. This family-owned business took great care of everything. They were kind, professional, and made the whole process smooth—even though I was only in town temporarily. The work they did on my truck was flawless—it looks better than ever. I highly recommend Quality Body Shop 100% for anyone needing honest, high-quality repairs.

Regrettably, my Jeep Compass was considered totaled. Quality Body Shop was very helpful through this process. I would like to say thank you to the clerk at the desk and the mechanic who offered his screwdriver to us so that we could remove our license plate before the car was towed away that day. Thank You.

These guys are the best. You literally can't get better in this area. I'd go as far as saying you can't get better anywhere; they may be matched by someone else, but not exceeded in quality, professionalism, attention to detail and communication. And my repair job was not simple.. They replaced the side of my aluminum Ford truck bed which had to be welded and then color matched a tri-coat metallic paint perfectly with the rest of the truck. Their name (Quality Body Shop) is 100% representative of their work, customer service, and ethos.

We recently had our vehicle fixed through insurance after a deer incident. When we got our car back, they had replaced a mirror that wasn't discussed, and failed to paint the mirror to match the rest of the car. This will negatively effect the trade in value when it's time. Nothing was explained to my wife when she picked the car up. The counter staff was very pleasant.
