Nothing but lying con artists and thieves. My wife went to get an inspection sticker. They told her that her brakes were unsafe and that she only had about 2 weeks left of daily use. They did not remove her existing sticker or provide a failure inspection sticker despite them telling her that the breaks were "in dangerous need of replacement". They did offer to order the parts, but they were twice the cost of even the premium break pads at Advanced Auto, the labor charge was additional. She new the price was high so she took it to a family friend at Adam's Tire in Wise. They took of the brakes and showed her the brakes were still like new. Taking your vehicle here is highly inadvisable. My car had a blown head gaskets, old brown Crown Victoria, some of you likely saw it sitting out there for over a year. They never touched it in all that time. Even after I foolishly paid $1200 in advance to buy the engine and get started on it. Was told repeatedly "I'll start on it next week" "I'll get to it next" then straight up told told he doesn't have my money or an engine. So after all that I was out another $150 to have it towed out of there, just to end up letting it to the scrapyard a month or so later. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle anywhere else but here. Don't deal with these bullies, crooks, liars and thieves.

7 weeks ago, Quality Car Care of Norton towed our only farm truck to their shop to replace the transmission. They promised us the job would be done in 3 days and we paid the whole amount UP FRONT. They have delayed and delayed saying they keep receiving the wrong replacement transmission and that the salvage yard they use cannot get another if it rains, snows, is too cold, or too muddy. They refuse to use a different supplier and have not offered refund or any other alternative solutions. They have the right transmission now but refuse to start the installation. My poor Expedition has had to do all the farm work and finally got stuck in a snowbank on the farm. The attorney general’s office of consumer affairs has been notified and osha compliance check has been ordered for this shop. A “3 day” job has gone on for 7 weeks, they have the part I paid upfront and they refuse to do the job because “they are getting more traffic than expected and will get to me when they are more freed up” I’ve had promises from the staff and owner Chris that this job will be done within a day multiple times but never comes to fruition because other paying customers come to their doors. I know I’m disabled but my money is as good as anyone else’s even if I’m not being treated like it.

Went to get a sticker on my daughters car and the lady returns and says you need a tie rod end before we can put a sticker on it. They weren’t able to do the work until the next week so they said I could get a rejection sticker or just be on my way. I took the rejection sticker and scheduled the the work. The original quote was $152 for the work. Then I get a call from the mechanic saying that I also need a bushin.....the price goes up to $258. My wife picks up the car and my daughter drives it to Knoxville. When we return the two new tires on the front are worn smooth. We take it back and they say you should of got a front end alignment.
