⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing First Experience at Quick and Easy Oil Change! I stopped by Quick and Easy Oil Change for the first time, and the name says it all,fast, professional, and super convenient. The owner was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the best motor oil for my engine, helping me get longer mileage while saving money. The service was top-notch, and the price was very reasonable. I felt confident and taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!
MY RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I wrote the review yesterday, but my visit was last week. I came in for an oil change, and because you were closing in about 20 minutes, the gentleman working told me to go locate the hole myself and bring it back another time. Sometimes it’s better to just own the fact that a mistake was made, instead of replying with, “We have no record of a tire plug being asked for yesterday.” That’s not only dismissive — it implies I’m lying. Then to follow that with an offer for a free plug? That’s not the point. The issue isn’t the tire, it’s the attitude. Your staff could use a little training in basic customer service. I got the tire plugged for free down the street yesterday, and they treated me far better. I’ll be taking my business there for all 3 of my vehicles from
SAM (owner) at Madison Heights Quick & Easy Oil Change saved me big time today! My tire was flat and I pulled in and asked for help.... Sam removed my tire and repaired the nail hole and sent me on my way within a half hour!! He was so kind and so great! We will get our vehicles serviced here going forward! I have no doubt that Sam takes great care of all of his customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Sam!
Sam and his staff have been giving me excellent service for 6-7years. They have helped me and gone the extra mile to keep my car in top shape. They are knowledgeable and I highly recommend.
I went for oil change and they also change my blinker light they are very nice and helpful and show me everything that they did to my car and they did the oil change and the light œ
