Their hours of operation is false advertisement. Was looking for a ford dealership closer to home then york, and Chapmans website says hours are 7am to 7pm. Arrived at 5:02 pm to find that they would not change my oil because they are only open to 5pm.
There is no quick lane at Chapman Ford.
