Best service center in the area, very good employees and John the service manager is the best.
I received a letter from Ford telling me my car had a recall for the passenger side airbag. I took it to Haggerty to be replaced. The letter said it would probably take between 4-5 hours to complete this, but, they finished it in less than hour! Everyone I spoke to there was very friendly and helpful. If I decide to purchase another Ford after this car, I would for sure get it at Haggerty!
Salesman John Czech was awesome. The other employees were good with working with our price limit. The Mercury Milan we ended up buying SUCKS and we are trying to return it, that is not going over to well
No complaints. Service was fast, people were friendly and it was very clean. I would recommend this Ford dealership over a couple in the area.
